Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, no two items are exactly alike. There may be differences between photos/other items and the product you receive, that should not detract from your usage or enjoyment of said product.

However, in case there are clear defects in the product you receive, we will accept returns on a case-by-case basis for unused items. Please notify Hey Meepling within 7 business days of order acceptance to notify of any defects discovered in the ordered product, or the claim will be denied.

Please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to hey@meepling.com. We will replace the damaged item/s immediately if there are stocks available. If not, please allow us the time to craft/source the item (around 7-10 days).

Clearance and retired items are not eligible for return.

Return shipping will not be provided by us.
