Shipping Policy

Currently we are only servicing the Philippines through this online shop. We are currently not shipping international orders.

We have a few options on how to get your goods:

  • Standard shipping – this shipping option will take 1-3 days within Metro Manila, and 3-8 days outside of Metro Manila, subject to order processing time. Our shipping providers are JRS and J&T.
  • Expedited shipping – we currently do not offer expedited shipping.
  • Grab Express / Lalamove – at buyer’s expense, within Metro Manila and surrounding areas only (if area is available with the service). We will get in contact with you to arrange the rider delivery.
  • Pickup – at our designated pickup locations below or otherwise at events where Hey Meepling is boothing. Please note your preferred timing for the next few weekdays in the “Special instructions for seller” field while checking out and we will be in touch when you may come by to pick up your order.

Pickup locations

Pickups may be scheduled at the following locations:

  • Roll for Perception, Cubao Expo
    • 2F Shop 41, Cubao Expo, General Romulo Ave., Quezon City
  • SM Light Mall
    • Near Boni MRT station

Please note your preferred timing for the next few weekdays in the “special instructions for seller” field while checking out and we will be in touch when you may come by to pick up your order.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days for most in-stock items. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Hey Meepling is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
